After an intense global marketing public relations campaign, Frank Lloyd Wright's final residential design, the Norman Lykes House in Phoenix, Arizona, sold without reserve for 70% over recent sales of comparable homes in the area.
Featured broadly in international media, the auction captured the attention of a worldwide audience, and in the end saw nearly 20 bidders compete to own the artfully designed home.

Sale of This Property Set a Four-year High for Cedar Hill
Demonstrating once again that luxury home auctions are an increasingly effective method of selling homes, this showcase home sold for nearly 11 percent higher than the most expensive comparable home has in the area in four years. The custom French Tudor-style estate was never before listed for sale and was offered without reserve.
